I ran across a few great videos this week to help break through a plateau or to jumpstart getting into ketosis... or if you just need a little encouragement to get back into ketosis and generally start feeling better. I really like the doctors that encourage a healthy keto plan rather than the ones that focus more towards carnivore. Like most 'diets' you can choose to follow the guidelines in a healthy way, or in a not-so healthy way. Please don't be fooled by the titles below that make them look like a carnivore diet. Getting over a plateau can be a hack that varies a little to be far more restrictive than the full plan. Both plans focus on getting all the carbs out of your diet to get things moving in the right direction without starvation. Neither plan is meant to be a long term eating plan.

This second video I just really stumbled across and unfortunately it is selling a program, but there is enough info in my opinion to jump right in and see how it works. All I could find here is a short "fast" that focuses on eating beef with butter for a few days just to break through those pesky plateaus.
